1. Shipping Coverage
   We currently ship within Malaysia only.
   Please confirm available regions before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
   Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
   Estimated shipping durations:

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
• International: varies by country
  Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors.

4. Shipping Fees
   Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and total order weight.
5. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
6. Failed Deliveries
   If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
   If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at sales@epgbiotech.com.
   We will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
