1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns only if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened supplements
• Products marked as “final sale” or promotional items

3. Return Process
   To request a return, contact us at sales@epgbiotech.com
   Please provide:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
  We will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
   Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
   Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
